Responsibilities:

• Lead and orchestrate the intricate planning, development, and execution of sophisticated research endeavours related to T Cell Biology
• Oversee and mentor a proficient scientific team, fostering growth and excellence
• Conduct precise immunological cell-based assays, contributing to scientific advancement.
• Contribute your specialized knowledge to assay development while excelling in optimization and troubleshooting
• Provide invaluable guidance and training to new or junior staff members, contributing to their professional development.

Requirements:

• A PhD or equivalent, in Immunology or related subject
• Relevant Industry and/or academic experience within the field of Immunology, alongside solid expertise in T Cell Biology
• Experience with analytical research for programs from discovery to phase II
• Technical expertise in assay development, with specific experience in flow cytometry and optimising immunological cell-based assays
• Previous experience line managing and developing a small team
