Senior Global Pricing & Access Manager – Obesity

Our client, a top 20 global pharmaceutical company, is pioneering drug research and development of treatment options for the millions of patients suffering from Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) diseases worldwide. With their growing portfolio in Obesity, they are looking for an experienced Global Senior Pricing and Access Manager to join their dynamic international team.

As Global Senior Pricing and Access Manager, you will be responsible for informing global market access and pricing strategies, developing innovative approaches for engagement, and driving the implementation of strategies in key markets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and maximizing patient access to life-changing treatments.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Informing global market access and pricing strategies by evaluating market access stakeholder needs, processes, and opportunities in major markets
  • Developing innovative approaches and partnerships for stakeholder engagement, and value communication with payers and organized customers groups
  • Representing the needs of payers, OCGs, and stakeholders through close cross-functional collaboration with the Value and Evidence teams
  • Supporting implementation in key markets, in line with the overall Corporate TA strategy, regional market access and affiliates

 

What you will need:

  • Master’s degree (or above) in Economics, Health Economics, Medicine, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • A successful track record in price management, value generation, and conducting Payer relevant research in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in specialty care management, preferably in Obesity, Cardiovascular, Renal, or Metabolic therapeutic areas.
  • Ability to develop innovative approaches for payers, and customized payer-targeted value communication materials and tools
  • Strong communication, analytical, strategic, and methodological skills
  • Fluent in English
