Title: MSL (Dermatology), West Germany

Role Overview

On behalf of our client, a leader in dermatology and aesthetics, we are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join their team, focusing on the West Germany region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of dermatological innovation, contributing to the success of an expanding aesthetic (Ax) portfolio. You will engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and internal teams to drive the medical strategy in this dynamic field.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based medical-scientific support for innovative products in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, including botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid fillers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals in the dermatology and aesthetics space.
• Present and communicate scientific data at medical events, advisory boards, and conferences.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to provide expert medical knowledge and support.
• Organize and participate in scientific events and educational initiatives to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.

Requirements

• Degree in pharmacy, life sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry), or medicine; a PhD is desirable but not mandatory.
• A few years’ experience as an MSL or in a similar medical-scientific. Experience within dermatology or aesthetics is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain scientific information to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) within West Germany.
