Data Steward / CRM Administrator

New opportunity to work with one of the worlds largest and most innovative pharmaceutical companies in Spain. In this role you will be working with a global team in a Data Stewardship and CRM admin position working with Veeva and Salesforce CRM.

This opportunity will allow you to take charge of managing various customer data, user data and other support functions for their internal platform and tool.

 

Key deliverables:

  • Data Addition request: Customer data addition to the internal platform as proposed by Global Capability Owner (GCO) and key Users
  • Data Change request: As and when Data errors are identified or there are any requests for a change in data, you will take up such requests and correct the desired entry
  • Data bulk upload: Various bulk upload requests may be requested by key users and upon approval by the GCO, you will conduct such activities in the Salesforce environment
  • Customer IDs preservation: you will maintain various IDs matched for each customer as per the global practice
  • User data maintenance: User data in the form of name, role, teams, any changes requested based on organization
  • Customer consent management: the internal platform and tool will have a specific layout to manage consent, based on customer geographic location. You are expected to maintain such records in the system and help avoid any privacy breaches
  • Hands on support: their internal platform is a strategic planning tool for cross functional teams and time to time users may need support on basic functionality of the tool. You should be able to help end users in such requests, however, are not expected to be a trainer for the platform
  • Standard reporting: Users may request various standard reporting from the platform. You are expected to run those reports and share it with users
  • Define requirements and develop with the IT Team: Based on increasing business needs, write requirements, advice on how to implement, UAT these requirements and train users on its usage (Eg. Community calls, release notes, etc.)
  • Monitoring of metrics and platform usage: Monitor the usage of the platform to ensure data quality and adoption. Support steering Business activities with metrics to be defined

 

Required Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • Experience with Salesforce, Veeva or any other CRM used within a pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong communication skills e.g., liaison with stakeholders
  • Previous experience conducting Data Steward activitiesand strong reporting skills
  • Previous experience dealing with user data and customer data
  • Experience in data maintenance and management on CRM’s
